My Service Partner brings together the engineers, technicians and support staff that buildings need to stay safe, connected and running. We install, maintain and staff security and surveillance systems, extra low voltage (ELV) and communication systems, audio visual and IT infrastructure, MEP services and facility operations.
Our group has delivered end-to-end technical solutions since 2014, serving small businesses and large enterprises with long-term partnerships built on transparency, reliability and strict adherence to project timelines, backed by proactive lifecycle management and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Operational capabilities
Our engineering and project teams cover the full lifecycle: site survey, design, supply, installation, commissioning, authority approval, preventive maintenance and breakdown support. Every job is tracked on our own field service platform, so clients can see check-ins, photos, signatures and completion reports.

Project managers, project engineers, security system engineers, supervisors and senior and junior technicians work together across our operations, supported by skilled ELV and housekeeping manpower that we deploy on a temporary, contract or project basis.
