Project Engineer – ELV & Security Systems
Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute CCTV, access control, networking and ELV projects from site survey to handover.
- Prepare drawings, BOQs and technical submittals, including SIRA approval documentation.
- Coordinate technicians, suppliers and site teams to meet project timelines.
- Carry out testing and commissioning and prepare handover documents.
IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Engineer
Role & responsibilities
- Design, configure and deploy Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and centralised endpoint security solutions.
- Manage LAN/WAN networks, secure Wi-Fi access points and server environments.
- Implement automated data backup schedules, disaster recovery plans and proactive system monitoring.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and resolve cybersecurity issues on-site and remotely.
Security System Engineer
Role & responsibilities
- Lead new installations, configuration and programming of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms and gate barriers).
- Troubleshoot complex technical and network issues at customer premises across the UAE.
- Prepare technical reports, site evaluation documents and project hand-over paperwork.
Senior Gate Barrier Service Engineer
Role & responsibilities
- Lead the installation, programming, commissioning and maintenance of automatic gate barriers, boom barriers and parking management systems.
- Integrate barrier systems with RFID long-range readers, License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras and access control systems.
- Supervise field technicians, handle complex technical escalations and perform diagnostic tests on control boards.
- Prepare technical service reports, site assessments and client hand-over documentation.
Project Supervisor
Role & responsibilities
- Supervise daily site work and technician teams on security, ELV and IT installations.
- Make sure safety and quality procedures are followed on every site.
- Track materials and progress and report to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants on site.
Supervisor – ELV Systems
Role & responsibilities
- Independently manage and coordinate low-voltage projects on-site across customer locations.
- Travel to customer locations to handle commissioning, technical escalations and service-related issues.
- Supervise on-site technician teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Work directly with clients to gather new project requirements and provide technical updates.
Sales Executive – Security & IT Solutions
Role & responsibilities
- Generate leads for CCTV, access control, IT and AMC services.
- Visit client sites with engineers to understand requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to closing.
- Maintain client relationships and keep sales records up to date.
Security System & Gate Barrier Technician
Role & responsibilities
- Install, mount and set up security cameras, biometric readers, magnetic locks and alarm panels.
- Assist in the installation and alignment of gate barriers, boom barriers and loop detectors.
- Resolve basic technical and hardware servicing issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
Structured Cabling Technician (ELV System)
Role & responsibilities
- Handle structured copper and fibre cable pulling, routing, trunking and conduit installation.
- Terminate RJ45 connectors, patch panels and faceplates to a professional standard.
- Maintain clean rack dressing, labelling and organised cable pathways in server rooms and risers.
Assistant Technician – ELV Systems
Role & responsibilities
- Support the technical team during on-site installations, device mounting and equipment dressing.
- Perform routine hardware diagnostics, basic wiring and troubleshooting assistance.
Senior Electrician
Role & responsibilities
- Carry out advanced electrical works including complete house wiring, industrial DB dressing and complex circuitry.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults, phase imbalances and load issues safely.
- Install and service light fixtures, smart lighting, ceiling fans and control panels to local utility and safety standards.
Housekeeping Boy / Staff
Role & responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
- Support facility deep cleaning, waste disposal and general maintenance activities.
- Keep offices, common areas and client premises clean, hygienic and organised.
